1. Product Categories


Wigoostore provides tailored warranty policies for different product categories:

  • Non-electronic accessories: Customers must inspect the product condition upon receipt. If any quality issue is identified, the product is eligible for exchange within 30 days after delivery.

    Note: Installation has been completed or more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt, the product is deemed intact and will no longer be covered by any warranty.
  • Electronics: Customers who purchase through official Wigoostore channels are entitled to an exclusive 12-month warranty.

2. Warranty Scope


Replacement


If a product malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, Wigoostore will provide a free replacement with the same or a similar model.

Refund


If repair or replacement is not feasible, Wigoostore may offer a partial or full refund at its discretion, based on the specific circumstances of the issue.

3. EXCEPTIONAL LIABILITY


This warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear: Damage resulting from regular use or wear, including consumable parts.
  • Abuse or Misuse: Damage caused by improper operation, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Natural disasters: Damage from fire, floods, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.
  • Misuse: Damage or malfunction arising from failure to follow the product’s user instructions.

4. HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE


Customers can submit warranty service requests through the following channels:

When requesting warranty service, please provide the following required documents:

  1. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
  2. Order number

5. SHIPPING POLICY


  • All warranty-eligible products will be replaced rather than repaired.
  • For products that have been used for more than 180 days, the customer shall bear the actual shipping cost of the new replacement product.
