Standard Processing: Orders are typically ready for shipment within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Minor delays may occur during holidays and weekends.
Products Branded Labels: For certain products with Product branded labels, our warehouse team may place the stickers inside the packaging box. If you cannot find the sticker upon receiving your package, please contact Wigoostore online customer support for assistance.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $129 USD.
Orders Under $129 USD: Shipping charges vary depending on the region. The shipping fee for the United States is US$5.99.
Delivery Timeframe: We utilize express couriers and dedicated shipping lines. The average delivery time to North America is 5–8 business days.
Custom Products: For custom items such as wheels and steering wheels, the delivery time confirmed by our customer service team shall prevail.
Note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico
