Always open the knob fully before installing. Rotating fully counterclockwise before placing on the screen edge ensures zero pressure during positioning.
Use on a smooth, flat surface. The magnetic ring works best on a clean, flat phone back or case. Textured or ridged cases may reduce magnetic grip.
